Kirsty began her career in financial services in 1997 and has held a wide range of roles, including Second Charge Underwriter, Credit Operations Team Leader, Customer Services Manager, Asset Manager and New Business Manager. Her extensive experience provides a comprehensive understanding of the industry. Kirsty now oversees the team arranging homeowner loans, residential mortgages, second charge loans and regulated bridging finance, and holds the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) qualification.
