Roma Finance lends across England and Wales on their new Buy-to-Let product (Consumer Buy-to-Let is not accepted), with advances from £75,000 to £500,000. Both capital repayment and interest only options are available, with a rental coverage of 125% required.

Security acceptable for Roma can be residential buy-to-lets, HMO's with a maximum of eight rooms, holiday lets and serviced accommodation. Non-standard construction is acceptable. They will lend to both first-time landlords with no other UK assets and experienced landlords, including individuals, Limited Companies, LLPs and SPVs. Non-UK resident Directors are also acceptable.
