West One Loans was established in 2005, initially providing short term loans. In 2017 they launched their second charge mortgage range of products and since then have become one of the UK's largest specialist lenders within the secured loan market.

Their product range covers most second-charge lending areas, from prime borrowers to those with a recent adverse credit history. They do not operate a credit score, and most of their products do not use income multiples to assess affordability.

The West One product range provides loans on owner-occupied, buy to let, and consumer buy to let. Please take a look at the West One Second Charge Product Guide in the drop-down below to see what else they can offer.
