NatWest's specialist broker team are highly experienced so when they assess a deal they will always look to understand the underlying strategy of the business as well as the immediate requirements to provide the most suitable solution.

They support both new and established businesses and have sector specialisms including a team who deal solely with Self Invested Pension Plan and Small Self-administered Pension Scheme lending which can often be very complex. This expertise could prove invaluable to ensuring a swift and well managed transaction.

Their Broker team are based across mainland UK and work closely with their business teams who support customers on a day to day basis. NatWest's aim is to build strong relationships with brokers and provide a dedicated Broker Business Development Manager.

The team undertake an initial desktop review of deals, usually within four working hours and provide indicative terms where possible (subject to normal due diligence and credit underwriting). Where indicative terms are acceptable customers will be allocated a local Relationship Manager to undertake a full assessment and provide a credit backed offer within seven working days of receiving all necessary information.
