Terms & Conditions of Sutton and the Specialist

  1. Specialist Hub have the right to refuse registration and/or admission.
  2. Specialist Hub reserve the right to change (at our sole discretion) the format, speakers, participants, content or any other aspect of the events at any time and for any reason.
  3. Specialist Hub will not be liable for the payment of any compensation or for any loss of money and/or expenses incurred should the event be cancelled or the format/speakers changed.
  4. Specialist Hub shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense, except in the case of death or personal injury if due to any negligent act or omission on their part.
  5. Specialist Hub does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of personal property belonging to delegates.

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these conditions.

You give permission for Specialist Hub to contact you both before and after the event either by telephone, email or text message.

We may collect feedback from delegates and use it for future marketing purposes. If you do not wish to have comments attributed to you, please do not identify yourself/your organisation on any feedback forms.
