MD and founder of Specialist Hub. In the industry since 1983, Tony established his first brokerage in 1989 before founding Specialist Financial Services Ltd in 2004 where he continues to drive operational growth and client-focused lending solutions.

Oversees the team arranging homeowner loans, residential mortgages, second charge loans and regulated bridging finance. In financial services since 1997; CeMAP qualified.

Jo Lock

Commercial Mortgage Advisor
Leads the Commercial Mortgage team, with a background at Halifax, GMAC and GE Money and qualifications including CeMAP and CPSP. With Specialist Hub since 2016.

Hayley Stockwell

Unregulated Mortgage Advisor
Leads the Buy-to-Let team, arranging first charge loans and unregulated bridging finance for individuals and limited companies. CeMAP qualified.

Brings over 15 years of experience in customer-facing new business, focused on building strong relationships and ensuring every client has a trusted, professional point of contact.

Previously spent three years as a Team Leader at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden before making the move into finance, building on a background studying Business at GCSE and A-Level.

Terms & Conditions of Sutton and the Specialist

  1. Specialist Hub have the right to refuse registration and/or admission.
  2. Specialist Hub reserve the right to change (at our sole discretion) the format, speakers, participants, content or any other aspect of the events at any time and for any reason.
  3. Specialist Hub will not be liable for the payment of any compensation or for any loss of money and/or expenses incurred should the event be cancelled or the format/speakers changed.
  4. Specialist Hub shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense, except in the case of death or personal injury if due to any negligent act or omission on their part.
  5. Specialist Hub does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of personal property belonging to delegates.
