When a broker’s clients were fixed into their current mortgage and couldn’t get a further advance for home improvements, we searched whole of market and found a lender offering 85% LTV on the best available terms for a second charge loan – completing before the deadline the clients needed.

  1. Specialist Hub have the right to refuse registration and/or admission.
  2. Specialist Hub reserve the right to change (at our sole discretion) the format, speakers, participants, content or any other aspect of the events at any time and for any reason.

  5. Specialist Hub does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of personal property belonging to delegates.
