Jo began her financial services career in 1995 with Halifax Building Society, gaining extensive experience in secured and unsecured lending and residential mortgages. She later worked as a Mortgage Underwriter at GMAC and specialised in mortgage restructuring at GE Money. Since joining Specialist Hub in 2016, Jo has led the Commercial Mortgage team, overseeing the management and processing of commercial mortgage applications. She holds a range of professional qualifications, including the CPSP - Certified Practitioner in Specialist Property finance qualification, the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP), the Certificate in Financial Administration and Planning, the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers, and the Chartered Insurance Institute.
