Obviously, we keep you fully updated throughout the entire process. We find many introducers prefer this service, especially if they have a limited mortgage panel, as it allows them to concentrate on other business

Packager Facility. For experienced residential mortgage brokers only, who would like access to our extensive lender panel and exclusive products when they are launched.

With many thousands of mortgage products now available, using an expert to source the right mortgage for your client can be invaluable. We have direct access to products that do not appear on mortgage sourcing systems, and have the expertise and experience to place residential mortgage cases that mortgage brokers have difficulty in finding a home for.

Where a client is looking to capital raise, we can also assess whether a first or second charge would be the best advice.

  • 6x loan to income multiples available
